Qualifications:

- Support all Sales Representatives with data entry of ticket orders and ensure orders are processed correctly and in a timely fashion.
- Answer all Group Sales phone calls and general guest inquiries.
- Assist in the outside coordination of Group Sales events.
- Accurately process credit card payments for group ticket orders.
- Coordinate the release of group ticket orders through the Group Sales electronic ticketing system.
- Assist with general marketing efforts, mailers, special projects and basic office operations.
- Assist with other duties as required.
