AES is recruiting for our client that is looking for a Finisher/ Grinder for an Aluminum foundry
Night shift
Good communication skills.
Team player that enjoys a high paced production environment.

Identify and inspect defects. Ensure quality of parts
Maintain/ clean work areas and equipment to ensure accuracy and longevity. Contribute ideas, improvements, fixes that will help achieve these measurable/goals.
Willing to train the right person
Environment:
This is a very hot environment that is casting parts,
Must be comfortable with the heat
Starting rate $18.72 plus shift premiums $.75 afternoons and $1.00 Night shift
This is a temp to perm position
Benefits available after 3 months of service as well as RRSP matching
