WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in developing a stable, smooth, and entertaining game for young learners. This position covers everything from gameplay physics to asset management systems so we are looking for someone who is adaptable and whose interests align with this range of responsibility. Someone who will fit right in with our highly entrepreneurial and driven team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Develop game behaviour that follows design specifications;
• Write and maintain client side code to interface with a data driven website;
• Build tools for artists and designers to assist in the development of game content;
• Collaborate with artists and designers on specifications;
• Build and run unit tests for game systems;
• Working in modern C# and/or Javascript.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION?

• Experience in object-oriented and/or data oriented software development;
• Strong analytical skills for complex and creative problem solving;
• Strong knowledge of modern C# programming language features;
• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to work closely with team members;
• Demonstrated ability to write clean code;
• Ability to self-manage and provide realistic and achievable deliverables.

LOCATION

This position is fully remote. We are headquartered in St. John’s, NL.
