What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a/an FX Dealer Sales Support Representative within our Cross Borders division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Toronto, CAN In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the dealer. You will report directly to the VP Corporate Dealing & CRMS and regularly collaborate with the dealing team.
How We Work
As a FX Dealer Sales Support Representative, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in office and home office set up
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal, hands-on training
Role Responsibilities
- The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working with the operations team and Dealer to ensure that deals are booked correctly, and payments are processed in an accurate and timely fashion
- Supporting selected Dealer in North America to ensure that deals are processed in a timely fashion.
- Collaborating with global sales operations, compliance, and credit departments for the purpose of expediting trades.
- Monitoring incoming and outgoing payments to ensure timely settlement of trades.
- Assisting Dealer with CRM data inputs and client onboarding.
- Working as a liaise with customers for account updates, vendor details and account forms
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills and comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision
- Team player with a strong customer service focus.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sense of professionalism and customer-service oriented
- Detail oriented with demonstrated levels of accuracy.
- Able to follow policies and procedures and understand operational risks

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
