We are looking for someone who can provide financial support and insight to the organization to assist in enabling decisions and discussions.

Position Overview
The Financial Analyst, Revenue is responsible for analyzing and reporting the Airport Authority’s revenue performance against budget, create forecasts and help senior management make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Interpreting financial data and providing insight concerning the revenues of the diverse business units at the airport by applying professional judgment, knowledge, technical and analytical skills
• 
  Developing and enhancing revenue models for purposes of budgeting / forecasting and on-going management of business units
• 
  Performing financial planning and analysis including variance analysis
• 
  Providing financial support to departments, working groups, senior management and the Board of Directors
• 
  Financial reporting including researching and understanding GAAP related revenue recognition and memo writing for new issues

Key Qualifications

• 
  Five years of recent, related experience, supplemented by a Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration; or an equivalent combination of training and experience; a professional accounting designation is preferred
• 
  Well-developed, demonstrated analytical skills
• 
  Proven attention to detail
• 
  Ability to work with multiple priorities under tight deadlines and take initiative
• 
  Solid communication skills and a strong customer focus
