Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of our digital products. The Digital Product Owner will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies to improve our digital user experience, drive customer engagement and retention, and achieve our business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital technologies, experience in Agile development methodologies, exceptional communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies for our digital products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
  • Conduct market research and user testing to gather feedback and insights that inform product decisions.
  • Define and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories in Agile development methodologies.
  • Monitor product performance, KPIs, and analytics to measure the success of product features and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure a consistent and exceptional user experience across all digital products.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product features and releases, including communication plans and training materials.
  • Identify and prioritize technical debt and work with development teams to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital product management, with experience in Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, web application development, and user experience design.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, market research, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and create actionable plans to achieve product goals.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound business decisions that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and driving customer engagement and retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $65,000.00 per year
