Our expectations
Under the supervision of the Call Center Manager, the agent is responsible for responding to customer requests for products and installation services offered under Lowe's Canada's various banners. The installation call center plays a key role in executing sales cycle, coordinating the installations, support stores from various banners in their relationship with suppliers and in their customer service, Canada wide. In a dynamic environment focused on results and customer satisfaction, the incumbent is also responsible for promoting the sale of our residential installation services.
Your role
- Proceed with the sale of residential products and installation services.
- Respond to incoming calls, web requests, and store requests.
- The agent must listen to customers to properly qualify installation needs.
- Work in close collaboration with installers and stores on the various installations services offered and ensure the necessary follow-ups to bring cases to complete resolution.
The qualifications we are looking for
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Demonstrate commitment toward the department and team success
- Excellent time management ability according to department priorities and sales target
- Demonstrate persuasion ability and ease in responding to customers objections
- Autonomy, empathy, leadership and creativity.
- Ability to perform in a busy and changing environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ease and speed of learning the technical specifics of the installation services and products offered.
- Ease and speed of learning different software and applications, proficiency with Word, Excel , and other sales management software.
