We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our project delivery. The successful candidate will have experience in planning and construciton project execution, working in a leadership position with thier project team. The candidate will be able to communicate effectively with others and have experience with estimating costs, scheduling activities and handling budgets. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the desired project objectives are met and timelines are met.
• Lead the project team by supporting each team member
• Oversee project schedule, budget and resource allocation to meet quality objectives.
• Estimate costs and schedule for developing a project plan.
• Meet with clients to discuss details and quality of work to be performed.
• Lead project meetings with all stakeholders
• Work with the management team to establish, monitor and control project executiuon processes and key perfmoance metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $75,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
