We are looking to hire a Clinic receptionist/assistant with an excellent communication, sound memory, organizational, and administrative skills. Candidate is expected to be compassionate and discrete with superb phone answering ettiquette, patient scheduling, time management, and record keeping skills. Intending candidate should be able to work comfortably while multi-tasking and supporting the multi-disciplinary based team. Candidate should have adequate skills in Microsoft office (word and excel) and excellent writing skills in English.
Responsibilities:
- Assist therapists with patient booking and scheduling
- Answer phone calls in a respectively and professional manner
- Ensure that therapy stock levels are adequate and orders are timely made
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits
- Assist physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturist visitors, and patients as advice by he therapists.
- Maintain business inventory such as checking supplies
- Maintain confidentiality of all health professionals, staff, and patient information
- Coordinate appointments between health professionals and patients
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the therapy environment and equipment
Job Types: Part-time Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 -30 per week, 1:45 pm to 7pm from Monday to Friday, and 9:45am to 5:45pm on alternate Saturdays
