About us

We are a small, privately owned animal clinic in Etobicoke, just 6 minutes from Highway 401 and Weston Road. We are an AAHA-accredited practice, meaning we provide the golden standard of medicine in primary veterinary services. We offer digital imaging, in-house diagnostics, and dental and soft tissue procedures. We collaborate with mobile veterinary specialists who provide advanced orthopedic and dental surgeries, cardiology consultations, and ultrasounds.

Our expert support staff includes registered veterinary technicians, animal care attendants, client service representatives, and a practice management team.

Our mentorship program provides support to all team members, so they can achieve personal learning goals and benefit from frequent training. About you

This is one of the most important roles in our practice, as you are the first and the last person our clients meet. This can be a physical job, so you must be able to lift bags of dog food and help clients with sick pets in and out of their cars. We would love it if you are also social media savvy! We educate our followers through Instagram and Facebook and show them what happens ‘behind the scenes’. We will teach you everything you need to know about veterinary medicine and how we practice at Westway. However, you need to have things on day one to excel. Our baseline requirements are:

• Computer skills (working knowledge of Word, and Excel; Ezyvet knowledge is an asset)

• Full-time 40-hour workweek with availability on Saturdays
