Position Summary:
The Business Development Executivewill support select franchisees with a comprehensive sales strategy. After conducting a full territory analysis, this individual will identify the market opportunities and develop a weekly, monthly, and annual plan while following the 8-week sales support process. The Business Development Executive will work directly with cross-functional teams such as Telemarketing, Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Operations, and Field Support. This individual will act as a liaison as opportunities arise and warrant additional field visits from internal teams.
Roles:
· Produce new revenue, working autonomously, by conducting sales visits and focusing on our sales process to target profitable, recurring revenue that also requires regular interaction with the assigned franchisees to get pricing, target area, and service offering approval.
· Maximize existing client relationships to grow revenue by contract extensions, expanding services with affiliated properties, and annual rate increases to keep up with the growing labor wages and dynamic changes of the business.
· Maintain and develop a client and prospect database utilizing our proprietary CRM to assist with follow-up and actively manage your sales pipeline.
· Follow our 8 Week Plan to identify all vertical targets (Apartments, Food Processing, Walmart, Supply Chain, BOMA contacts, and many more) to determine the market opportunities and execute on your sales accountabilities activities to generate new lead opportunities directly impacting revenue. Perform market research also includes competitors and current/past client analysis.
- Model and teach our sales process by consistently demonstrating behavioral proficiency with Franchise Owners and staff during market travel. Observe and provide candid feedback about strengths and opportunities while continuously encouraging and motivating Franchise Owners and staff to help build confidence.
· Network with clients outside of regular business hours, attending trade shows, industry-specific events, etc.
- Delivering presentations in front of small and large groups (i.g. training sessions, webinars, and conference calls).
- Supporting and assisting the Lead Development Team in developing and executing the strategies of the department (MI2 Program, etc)
- Traveling approximately 50-75% of the time to conduct scheduled market sales visits.

Qualifications/knowledge:
· 2-5 Years of Sales Experience or Proven Sales Track Record
· Understanding of basic sales principles and practices
· Experience in making presentations
· Proven ability to achieve sales targets

Environmental/Working Conditions:
Normal office environment. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate.
Exposure to moderate notice levels and on occasion outside weather conditions.
