Are you good at opening new logos and helping new companies grow? If yes, this is for you!

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

o Acting as a Business Developer, prospecting sales opportunities with a focus on IT Projects, AMS and staff augmentation;

o Focus on opening new customers and conducting sales campaigns;

o Establish strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value;

o Actively understand each customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape;

o Develop and deliver comprehensive business plan to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.

o Conduct negotiations and approach with customers, contribute to achieving the company's goals, through planning and commercial actions;

o Manage your customer portfolio;

o Maintain CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information

o Develop and carry out follow-up of commercial proposals and portfolio management.

Skills

o Experience with selling, approaching and hunting IT opportunities - mandatory

o Experience selling staffing augmentation and or/ services - strongly desirable

o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration – desirable

o Minimum 3 years of experience of IT Sales in Canada- mandatory

Live in GTA, Montreal or Chicago area - mandatory
