As part of the Mascot Brewery team, the Brewer is responsible for brewing independently and working along with the assistant Brewer and Brewer(s) in all aspects of brewery operations, including beer production, quality control, procurement and inventory management, manufacturing and packaging, equipment cleaning and maintenance, safety and environmental/regulatory compliance.
