Primary Responsbilities:

  • Prospect and qualify new leads and customers (large call volume required)
  • Clearly identify customer needs & communicate solutions to current & prospective customers via phone/email
  • Develop creative means to open new accounts
  • Effectively meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships
  • Develop strong knowledge of our products
  • Schedule visitations to clients across Canada.
  • Entertaining prospects & customers (when applicable)
  • Investigate & resolve customer concerns

Position Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English (written and oral communication)
  • Must be a highly motivated, results driven individual
  • Proven track record of cold calling an asset
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills a must
  • Excellent phone presentation skills required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Good analytical, mathematical and computer skills
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving market
  • Ability to work well with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns in an expeditious and tactful manner
