Fort St. John Co-operative is hiring an Assistant Petroleum Manager for our Bulk Petroleum Operations located in Fort St. John, BC.

What you’ll do:
You will provide leadership, direction and oversight to bulk petroleum operations, programs, and policies to meet budgeted goals and objectives by:
- Applying a broad-based level of operational knowledge, commodity direction and managerial skills to achieve established objectives.
- Promoting and ensuring adherence to brand standards, marketing efforts, image standards, safety and asset protection.
- Providing employees with high levels of training in product knowledge and personal development.
- Ensuring safety and environmental policies, procedures and standards are achieved.
- Developing strong customer relationships and delivering solutions.
- Clearly representing our values of Integrity, Commitment and Responsibility.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Bulk Petroleum and:
- You have completed high school.
- Relevant experience and leadership experience would be considered an asset.
- You’re committed to safety in the workplace.
- You have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
- You possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- Having a Class 1 or 3 BC Driver’s license will be considered an asset.
