Job Title: Account Executive/Business Development Specialist

Job Type: Full-time - possible hybrid

Pay: $50K-$70K base plus commission

Job Description:

Our employment agency is currently Account Executive/Business Development Specialist with previous experience in attracting industrial clients with staffing needs. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships and closing sales for the agency's recruitment services.

Responsibilities:

- Attracting new industrial clients to the employment agency.

- Generating leads and following-up on potential clients.

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.

- Closing sales and securing contracts with clients.

- Providing excellent customer service to clients.

Requirements:

- ****Previous experience in the staffing industry conducting sales is essential!****

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently.

- Familiarity with CRM software or sales tools

- Fluent in English.
